  • All items are subject to a handling period between 4 to 7 days before they are dispatched.

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?

  • Free shipping works worldwide on all items in the store unless they are ordered from Amazon or it is specified otherwise.  Free shipping is applicable on orders over 75$.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

  • For all standard shipping orders, please allow up to 4-5 weeks delivery time.
  • It is our mission at Carlotaswebshop to find the fastest route for your order to find its way to your home and we will always do our best to expedite the item as quickly as possible.  Don’t be surprised if your order arrives faster than expected.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer shipping worldwide.  However, some products can’t be shipped to some countries like Canada, United States, or French Polynesia. We do our best to mention it in the product description if the item doesn’t ship to a country in order to not disappoint our customer.

Orders shipped outside of the United States or Canada may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the destination country.  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; CARLOTASWEBSHOP has no control over these charges, nor can CARLOTASWEBSHOP predict what they may be.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our main offices are located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in countries such as Australia, Europe, United Kingdom, United States, and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages as they don’t all come from the same supplier.  Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON’T I SEE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

It is not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by your country’s carrier.  It might remain ‘blank’ for up to a week or two after you receive your tracking link.
